Cooking classes

Take a hands-on cooking class in the comfort of your own home. Learn how to make a full menu catered to your skill set, theme or dietary desires.

From pasta making classes, Jessica’s favorite, to learning some simple French sauces, or how to make an apple pie that rivals Grandma’s, you will walk away with confidence in the kitchen. These classes are not only educational but also a lot of fun!

Pickup/drop-off dinners

Pickup/drop-off dinners are a good option if you are someone who is always on the move. Your dinner will be prepared ahead of time, packaged and ready to eat or frozen with easy to follow instructions.

Meals can be provided for breakfast through dinner for an extended stay, or even just a single meal for the evening. Have a family member or friend who needs some help with dinner? A drop-off can be arranged!

Food, to me, is always about cooking and eating with those you love and care for.

Meet Jessica

Jessica started to find her culinary passion at a young age. Beginning with a love for pastry and sweets, she started to enter pies in the local county fair. She was constantly surrounded by her mother's and grandmother's home cooking and eventually this love for pastry turned into a greater appreciation for all food, and a young cook began to form.

Jessica is a self taught chef, most of her culinary knowledge has come from studying cookbooks and text books, trial and error, and lots of experimenting. Through dedication and perseverance Jessica became the Head Chef at Copper River Lodge, a luxury fly fishing lodge in located in Alaska. She spent three full seasons honing her skills at the lodge. Jessica decided to broaden the base of her culinary knowledge and studied under Chef Brandon Miller and worked as Sous Chef at a Spanish Tapas restaurant in Carmel, California.

Jessica is now pursuing her life long dream of being a Private Chef in her favorite place, Montana. A recent culinary adventure took her to Panajachel, Guatemala where she had the honor of designing the menu for a new cafe.

From an early age I understood that cooking was never going to be a job, it’s a passion.
