Jessica is an absolutely amazing chef and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a special meal! My girlfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary, and Jessica created the theme for the meal, went to great lengths to incorporate all our food requests, and then was able to transition from in-person to a drop-off meal when bad weather changed our plans last minute (she even printed menus and instructions for how to complete the dishes ourselves - it was perfect!). I seriously cannot recommend Jessica enough - she helped make it an unforgettable night and experience!

Her ideas were perfect, and her willingness to accommodate the specific needs we had for our clients and guests was a pleasant surprise, given the time it took, and the added challenge of travel. She trained our staff! She took the time to source fresh produce and meats and gave us a “better than restaurant” experience. Not only was food superior to what we could to find in a local restaurant, it was provided on our schedule, at the place where we all were lodging.

This year Jess will be traveling to Fernie, BC to spoil our group yet again. Even with travel expenses, it still makes good economic sense. The experience feels decadent but costs no more than bothering with shuttling our group to a noisy, expensive, restaurant.
