I was very lucky to experience Jessica’s culinary skills as a visitor to Copper River Lodge when she was the chef there for three seasons. I looked forward to her meals just as much as I looked forward to fishing the river! I was impressed at how well she mastered the skills she had then at such a young age...and she’s only gotten better!A Personal Chef must be creative, be able to improvise, be adaptable and be accommodating. Adding her vibrant personality to the equation makes Jessica a sensational professional!
Jessica was AMAZING!! She was so entertaining and fun. The food was everything we expected and delicious. Can’t wait to use her on our future trips.
I represent a group of friends who have fly fished together for 25 years. We met Jessica at Trout Chasers Lodge in Montana where she prepared 5 beautiful, four course, dinners for our group. She took the time to source fresh produce and meats and gave us a “better than restaurant” experience. Not only was food superior to what we could to find in a local restaurant, it was provided on our schedule, at the place where we all were lodging.This year Jess will be traveling to Fernie, BC to spoil our group yet again. Even with travel expenses, it still makes good economic sense. The experience feels decadent but costs no more than bothering with shuttling our group to a noisy, expensive, restaurant.I can recommend Jessica, without hesitation.
